Multiplier Event in Italy – IMAT & Confitarma (22 July 2024)
On July 22nd, a multiplier event was held at IMAT headquarters, organized by IMAT (Project coordinator) and Confitarma (PR4 leader) as part of the Erasmus+ project “Up-sailing – cultivating green skills in the maritime sector.”
The event titled “Promoting Green Skills in the Shipping Sector” was organized in order to communicate the project results and was attended by more than 40 people including vet providers, seafarers, employees, shipowners and stakeholders of the maritime sector.
The PR1 field research was presented alongside the curriculum developed under PR2, together with the key findings of the JSTA. PR3 was also presented and the drafting of recommendations under PR4. The event was the occasion to collect some relevant feedback on the project.
